We have 2 hours waiting for an executive to attend to my husband who has a motor disability and I don't know how many times the executives do who do not attend and there are few clients. A lady arrived about 10 minutes ago and they transferred her to an executive without a coupon, the truth is I am very upset because they are not doing us any favors
